I'm a huge fan of my trepadors but 37's are the new 35's. Being able to ram a rock at speed (useful for low traction situations) is part uptravel and part tire size. Sometimes I just can't hit things like other people do. Also, what's undercut for me is vertical for others or what's vertical to me is easier to roll forward on for others.
80% of the time 37's are big enough that it's not a problem. The other 20% I feel like a bigger tire would be helpful but I'm not sure FJ80 axles are up to it. I'll probably find out at some point.
