RMVB or FMVB

Any of you guys using a B & M Pro Bandit?

And if so do you like that style shifter over the Art Carr/Winter style shifter?

Looks like the B&M can also be easily modified as well.

I have a b&m stealth magnum going into the buggy. You can buy different gate plates for them, mine has the 3 speed reverse pattern. I modified it with a die grinder and carbide bit. Probably took 30 minutes in all. I would grind a little and check it. From any forward gear I can slam straight into R, or if I pull handle I can slam into N. You can just go back and forth from 1st to R.

Winters for me, MVB with engine breaking, I can get from any forward gear to reverse in the blink of a eye, and I haven't touched the gates.

RMVB with Winters shifter here. I always hated the clacking through the gears so I made a new gate that smooths the shift from any gear to reverse

I have the magnum grip pro stealth. Haven't been able to use it yet but I think I'll like it. Standard shift pattern

Long read but good write up on the b&m shifter. Helped me make my decision for what I'll be using it for
