Running water in tires?

For now I will not run water and see how this thing does and then I will decide for myself.

Heres what I came up with to remove the water that was already in the tires.

roll around a tire and then roll around a tire that is half full of water which one rolls easier? when a tire is rotating the water isn't just sitting in the bottom all calm and still, it is sloshing and creating resistance. Like I said before, aside from physics or whatever the hell, you're opinion doesn't matter until you try it. Anyway's like Tom said (Teamfloorit) shot is better anyway's it's more weight and lower in the tire, he's got 250lbs in each front tire and it doesn't even touch the rim, but shot IS extremely hard on axle parts. I'd love to see one of you roll one of those tires about a hundred feet, I bet 75% of you couldn't do it.
