OK so here we go, lets sort it out.

It will be me and my dad...Amber is going to AR that weekend with HB. I will / can arrive Friday night after work / load up.

We Intend to stay until late late Saturday night, Sunday morning.
 
I can help out a little bit on Friday morning and any time after dark on Fri/Sat/Sun. 8)

Jamie (and Amie I think) is in for Saturday-Sunday, but rather than the free membership he needs the hotel.
 
Rich did you get the membership idea approved? Jenn and I are coming down Friday night and will go back on Sunday. Sweetness!
 
Hell yea, this is already sizin up...

what about Tee's as well Matt can your cousin do work on EVENT STAFF versions of our shirts and we will need to get a # needed and cost so everyone can pay up

( **** I need to get with you again on the fitty .... damn Rescue Tellico took all your cash Saturday LOL )
 
Realistically, it would be pushing it to get new shirts made up by then, because they work our stuff in on the cheap when they have time. If I had a headcount by mid-week with sizes then it is possible.
 
Ok, I will do my best. The smaller the order the better, so just one shirt per person. This give us the best chance to get the order in time and makes shipping cheaper.

Guys, post up or call someone to post up for you. We need to know how many people you are bringing to work including yourself, and their tshirt size (1 each). I am thinking orange or red.
 
orange is "Team GAOS" and red is "CAOS Event Staff". It's kinda stupid to think about that, I know. Could we do like a very dark orange?
 
The shirts will be SS at $9/each. I would think that is doable for everybody. Tell me what color that Gayos has not taken.

Should we put John's quote on them? Please, please, please!

Just tryin to be cost / time effective, if you want to order one per then do so.

I asked TK how many peeps he had to help he was on 3 people hence the shirt count

same with B and Joe.. Mine was the only higher # ( id rather not wear the same shirt Friday and Saturday and Sunday so 2ea seemed reasonable plus if we had extra help we'd have an extra shirt. )
 
I thought another group was working Sunday. The big day when the shirts are required is Saturday. I am going to get one per and order a few extra. If that is the final count I can get the order in today.

Team CAOS=bright orange, GR CAOS Staff = red, CAOS Staff = yellow, CAOS Staff = green/yellow

Im in, I will vote for both B and Joe and say they are as well. laughing
 
I'd love to see "hard like woodpecker lips" on the front. I know that's a Customs thing but when people think about our group they think that quote! laughing
