• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

So i bought a 51 Whilly

So i finally get to take it out with support vehicle to really test it out.

I had one issue i had to fix, the trans cooler fan never turned on and the trans got pretty hot. The ground wire was not plugged in so it is now working.

So the plan is Saturday 9/17 late morning into the evening i will be at WV. Possibly Sunday morning also as i will be camping in a friends yard close by.

Hope to see some of you on the trail. :D

yes i am VERY happy with how the suspension turned out, rig is very stable. more stable than my street rigs....i wish i had given myself more uptravel in the front though this going fast stuff i could sure use it.

Yeah right, after about six minutes at that pace and i could no longer control my arms.......and my neck is sore:fawkdancesmiley:

That thing looks like it goes pretty good for a 4.3:awesomework:

If you ever dissmount your tires....let me know...I'll do some more machine work on them to make them mo betta.

Actually been saving my money for a second set of beadlock tires so i dont kill my krawlers. What machining makes them better? maybe some iroks?

Im pretty happy with the motor and dual cases setup. it is pretty versatile but it is still a V6:rolleyes:

That's why I wear the neck brace. Good cheap investment.:awesomework:

yeah i noticed that and thought it was a great idea. i had borrowed a helmet for the day as i dont own one. when i rode motorcycles we didnt have to wear them so i never owned one. the helmet i borrowed was real nice and i didnt want to mud it up so i just wore my snowboard helmet.

I need to buy some good gear if i continue racing:awesomework:

im new at this video stuff be patient. ...and thanks a bunch for the videos you shot were the best i got.:D
