A friend of mine got a no flap ticket in Tumwater a few years ago. As the LEO pulled away he noticed the rig had no flaps either.

Those rigs came from the factory with no mud flaps and are not modified so they don't need them. Besides bitching about what someone else does doesn't make what you do right.:cheer:

Well i new that but just wanted to prove that the cop vehicles have no mud flaps. the law states 50% of tire or from factory. I think

When he first got it running it didn't have the flaps on it yet. They did go on the next day.
