If we built machines like (at work) that we'd go out of business pretty quick.

This is not a bash thread so do not call him out. This is simply stating my side of the story with facts to back it up. I have stated I do not wish bad on him I want to walk away. Please don't mess up my build thread. I will be keeping this thread on top as much as possible with tech and fab in it. I can't wait to post my ol lady driving it for the first time since that was the only reason she let me build a new buggy!!!! loller.gif

I stand corrected. I probably wouldn't go back to get anything "fixed" at this point either

This makes me think of something I told a buddy the other day. There are 3 ways to do things.... The right way the wrong way and your way so if your not gonna do it your gonna get one or the other two but u don't get to choose which one.

Sounds like everything was laid out in black and white from the get go. As far as the shop goes he obviously has a major lack of communication... Back in the drag racing days I always said Fast, Cheap, Reliable... Choose any 2. Maybe shops should start using this philosophy so people know what they are getting when they sign up. thumb.gif

Originally, it was shown for the rusty clevis. Zip ties...Bunch of those.

Couldn't say for sure on the link mount...I think it's the camera angle though. Regardless, Labronn didn't do those link tabs. It went in as a roller.

I think if that were the case something would have been said long before now. Like I said...This never would have been posted if this deal hadn't come up. If I was out to just hurt/bash/bad mouth Labronn or CSC Fab...I would have posted this a year and a half ago. I don't have anything to gain in this mess.
I already wrote this off as a lesson learned, sold all my stuff, and went on about my business in other hobbies.
My deal, it's my own fault really. I shouldn't have proceeded without anything in writing THE day I dropped it off.

Do you have a picture of your buggy? Who owns it now? Just curious as I don't really know any CSC buggies out there other than the obvious ones (White Trash, Bombshell, Twisted 40)

It wasn't a CSC chassis. I carried it in as a roller to be finished. I sold it to a guy in Ohio a year ago. No idea where it is or who owns it now...Could be same guy and same place.

Well everything is ready for the next srrs race but my steering is about 80%. I was fighting steering issues on the red rocket too so nothing new. Gayzr got a 900 front left hub today too so I reckon the front diff is next! :****:

The driveshaft between the tcase and hanger bearing broke. It was hitting the rev limiter when I landed on the second ledge with the spray on so I thought it was ring and pinion. When I rolled it Friday it picked up an air pocket in the cooling system so I fought with that a little. Steering is still garbage. Only thing I aint put on it is an orbital so that's next. Gonna take the full synthetic tranny fluid out and put some actual hydraulic fluid in it this time. Front coilovers need some tuning still. Buggy is starting to do good though. I had a lot of fun and If I hadn't missed 3rd and hit neutral on the first hill it was gonna be interesting. I gotta put the stop on 3rd gear instead of second on the shifter.

I hell naw man everything you did is awesome. It's bottoming out when you jump it. You would be impressed with the new front shaft. It's an eor 1410 kit that is flashemifyougotem
