Aaron wont answer my calls. I have given him every option imagineable to pay, trade, work, barter ect. for the Toy parts.........I guess I'll write it off as charity.

The good news is the buggy went Vroooom today.

Bad news is I am going to run AMSOIL Synthetic Tractor oil for my steering and I do not know where to find it on a sunday.

Why??? That will be all great untill the first time out when it ends up on its lid and losses all its fluids and you need to borrow some(And nobody will have some in that flavor). With the coolers you are running heat shouldnt be an issue so run what we all run Napa hydro oil, last I heard there was no complaints what so ever. Or you can pay out the nose and stockpile that stuff just for yourself. Let me know when you need to get the exhaust done so I can plan on the lift being out of commission for the day.

we? what, you got a turd in your pocket? Everybody I know, and everybody we spec out fluid to are told to run Napa power steering fluid.:fawkdancesmiley:

After spending all the time and money on this dual pump queer steer system, I going with the Amsoil.

or after calling 20 amsoil dealers that dont even know they carry the ****, I'll end up with a 5 gallon pail of whatever

I dont know if it will work for your needs but costco sells hyd fluid in 5 gal. buckets. I think its the chevron stuff.

I went with gallon jugs from Napa

Good thing I did, cause there is now a power steering fluid all over my garage, motorcycle, BMW.......:booo:

I think I got all the leaks worked out:awesomework:

I now have a belt issue. Major slack between the crankshaft pulley and the first P/S pump. I think I'm going to need another idler pulley between the crank and first pump.

Let me know when you want to buy more of the hydro fluid, i work at a NAPA store:awesomework:

Is there no adjustment between the crank pulley and P/S pump?

No adjustment....it's a serpentine system that I designed....2 P/S pumps, waterpump, alt, and a tensioner.......It need an idle pulley between the first pump and crank.

It's not a big deal to fix, cleaning up the massive mess I made is the big deal.

O okay i see what your saying:awesomework:

I have been OWNED! by this power steering belt issue. Tomorrow I will bugger weld on to the perfectly welded bracket Corey did for me to make room for an idle pulley between the crand and 1st pump. Right now there is over 12" between the crank and pulley

I sure hope this all works!!!
