The snawsage version---- something

Also--Do you have to purge the lines for the propane?

No need to purge on my system. The system I use is a little different that most. When you put power to the regulator it lets a shot of propane into the mixer, but since it is not reading anything from the wire that goes to the negitive on the distributor, it does not keep flowing. When the distributor is turning the negetive wire tells that little box to flow the propane.

It can get to much propane if you keep turning the power on and off. That will let the shot of propane in everytime power is turned on.

Just open the tank, turn power on, wait 10 seconds , then crank it over. When the engine is warm no need to wait the 10 second.

Seems odd that you can flood a pane system, but when it's cold and you keep turning it on and off will so propane rich that it wont start. I just open the throttle plate and blast shop air into the intake, then it fires off.

Now, you will have to bleed the coolant lines if the coolant has been drained, but unless you have drained the coolant your good to go.

The regulator will turn into one big ice cube if coolant in not getting to the regulator. If that be the case just bleed through one of the coolant lines.

When you start it make sure the exhaust wont melt lines like I did.

Perfect :awesomework:

And HELL NO----I aint redoing those lines again :redneck:

Ok--so I got a wild hair up my butt--and removed the rear winch soloniod pack. I decided to see if I could fix it since I assumed it was just a poor connection.. To fully dissassemble it I had to unsolder 4 connections.

I was then able to remove all the contacts--and I found what I was expecting..

So I cleaned the contacts and reassembled it. Threw it back on the rig and found--damn thing still doesn't work  I am guessing one of the soloniods inside isn't strong enough to pull the contacts closed--and I even tried turning the pack right side up---made no difference...

SO off to bouncing around---I went and organized/secured the coolant hoses to the mixer and the return line off the res tank (steering)

And here are the lines from the front orbitral to the ram...

And here at the front housing..

The way it situated if the front was to come down--it would damage the hydro lines. So I went and ripped it all out and started re-doing it...

And here are the lines now at the orbitral....

and down the firwall.

The lines from the firwall are roughed in..

Crash, if you get a minute, whats his outside to outside tire measurement. That thing looks wide. Guessing 88" or so.
Thanks.

Robin, we still on for our King Of the Rocks race???:D :D :flipoff:

Sure, but I'll be on the big tires and near 100" wide, with no clue how to use my rear steer....still sounds like a day of fun. Or was the deal with me on the 42 TSL's?

Who's feet were they?.......WOW there are three people crawling around with no feet or are they even matched pairs?......Human feet?.....:haha: :flipoff:

smart azz :fawkdancesmiley: :fawkdancesmiley: :fawkdancesmiley:

Wow--I pulled 6 feet out of the front hydro lines :haha:

Are you absolutly convinced that the new lines will handle it flexed out without a anti-sway bar(they tend to break)...........I never question your work, but this has me a bit concerned.

Thats with movement (pivat points) left in the hoses :awesomework:

The rear and front lines are prettly close to the same on the routing now :awesomework:

But if there is an issue--of course it will be fixed
