• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

The snawsage version---- something

Thats with movement (pivat points) left in the hoses :awesomework:

The rear and front lines are prettly close to the same on the routing now :awesomework:

But if there is an issue--of course it will be fixed

Does that mean I can flex it out on the side of your shop(you little ramp, is....well, little)

Ok so Robin stopped by and dropped off more goodies---one of which was in a couple boxes :eeek: :D

Robin has a much much higher budget than I do... :awesomework:

Rock on, nice work too Crash

What Crash did for me is finish a gear swap. From 4.3 to 3.8. I traded a guy of Pirate and it took a while for me to decide to put it together.

I pulled it apart several weks ago, then had no clue how to re-assemble it.(I might have been able to do it if the 3.8 gears were there)

I seem to remember doing the same **** a few hundred times in my life.

As far as budget goes, Crash has been very relaxed about what all this will cost. I think I'm going to end up being the household maid, cook, driver, basically the Cash's house bitch.

Here is what is odd robin. So I searched pirate and google for a while and never found a post that jess at high angle posted about it and how he did it (read it a few days ago)..

But in any case I just removed the 2 pills (total of 4 pills--they stack 2 per hole between the shafts) that were inline with the 4x4 switch.

Now here is where I was a little confused because people always stated doing so would let you get one diff in low and one in high. Well with just those 2 pills removed you are only able to shift the rear in/out in the same range as the front--so from what I can tell you won't be able to do a low/high mix match.

Now this was only on the bench and won't know till the case is back in..

I WANT front high with rear low. When I called AA they told me I could achieve that by removing some pins(are there pins or did he mean balls)?

I really really REALLY want the front to be in high and the rear in low.

Crash, can you call AA or should I make the call?

To be very clear I WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE ONE AXLE IN HIGH AND THE OTHER AXLE IN LOW.

I warn you, I want my way just like a child wants a BB gun for Christmas. If I have to I will chain you to your work bench with my BB gun pointed at you left testical just to get my way.

After the left one sucks up it will be the right one, if it sucks up you know whats next.

I am just curious as to why you want it this way:eeek: what advantage does it offer ?

I can make it do it robin--just means I gotta tear a bunch of **** apart again, drill a plug---heck I was only up till midnight getting it put back together last night....

But like I say--it might be able to do it--I gotta hook up the shifters and see what they do with leverage against them...

OK we will leave it for now and maybe **** with it when I take it out the trans after it dies.

Don't mind me--I am just having one of those days.

But I did run around at lunch and found the one brake master adapter I needed--all the fittings and needed hose for the motor vent setup plus a couple gallens of power steering fluid :awesomework:

So I now have enough to gt a large part of thr rig done

If you get a hair up your ass to make it work, You will have something to laugh at when you see me wheeling.
