Luke I just got your message, I left my phone at home while we went to dinner.
That is a super steal on a trailer, that same trailer would be between $1500-1800 down here.
I'm passing though as its too short for me. I still want a trailer I can out the Rivi on if I need to. And that thing is 18 feet front to back.
I'm trying to find a 20 or 22' so I get at least 18' of flat deck space. If I get a 22" then I'm putting a racebox on the front of it.

Thanks for looking out for me!!! Cabot "Crank1" found me the perfect trailer cept it was a gooseneck, this afternoon. I'm not scared I'll find one.

Left work early and went and scored an 18ft Leatherlite. Got a pretty damn good deal on it. It weights right at 1500 lbs, and my truck doesn't even know its there.
Torsion axles that make this thing sit low and brake on both of them.

I would have liked a 20' Leatherlite but those must be hens teeth, I couldn't find one anywhere and new they list around $8k
Going to install a brake controller on the wifes Tahoe so that when I head up to KS for Kellys wedding it will bring my buggy home.

That was the huge selling point for me, that not only mu truck could pull the trailer and buggy but if need be I could strap it behind her tahoe if her and my boy were going to be with me. Which next year, I plan on putting a rear seat in the buggy so they can start going.

I'll get pics up this evening, I'm headed to Austin with the Riviera strapped on it already.

Pulled like a dream to Austin and back today. I think I'm going to swap my 6" drop hitch for a 4" though, and get the tongue up some.
Rivi fit end to end filling the whole trailer, wish I had pics. I did get 4 more "D" ring cups to flush into the floor for more tie down options. And stopped at Atlas Sling, and had Jon make me up some new rachet tiedowns. 1 set for going to the axles like on the Rivi & '58, and a 2nd set for strapping over the tires on the buggy.

Any who....Got to Austin to drop the Rivi off, and hung out a little bit at South Austin Speed. Got to climb into Jesse James's Merc custom. My buddy Sean put a black interior in it originally as Jesse had wanted, but it was just too dark in such a chopped ride. So it was getting some wicked stitches. Check out the book "Hot Rod Kings" at Borders or Barnes & Noble. My Rivi is on page 71 sitting at South Austin Speed Shop.

We grabbed some Rudy's BBQ and hauled ass back. Damn I love how this thing pulls since its so light.

Pics. I wish I'd had my camara on the trip so Icould show it loaded.
