No one builds their own trailers? The cost benefit not big enough or...?
Bulldog Trailers in Chihalis builds their own trailers on site, and offers angle or c-channel. I'm happy with mine.
I don't know of anyone personally who's built their own, but you'd have to get it inspected by the State Patrol and from what I've read, homebuilt trailers get highly scrutinized. Also, my guess would be the dealers get better prices than we (avg joe) could on steel/parts/etc buying in bulk?
sidenote: I drove mine home w/the license plate on it, not even a temp.
'talked to TNT today they want 1995.00 for 16' trailer. there bout 1-2weeks out tho:booo: i can wait tho:cheer: :cheer:
I think Paro's in Sultan may be around the same price
Last time i called them they wanted a arm and a leg more than everyone else.
i think this is the right place to put this. im going to be in the market for a trailer to haul the yota around soon so i figured id ask a few question from you veterans. what trailers are you guys running? where did you pick them up? what are you guys paying? anything you would have added after the purchase? after the purchase did you think it would have been cost effective to build one?
thanks for any info
I picked up my c channel trailer last year from Trailers NW in Maple Valley
from Brandon.
