Truck campers

The gooseneck I am looking at weighs 4,000lbs. So if things work out and I get it I'll let you know what it does to my MPG.
Right now I get 11 MPG fully loaded.

My trailer prolly weighs about 1500 with all the crap I got in the box on front.

I am getting a 2002 Adventurer 11' camper w/ slide, A/C, Generator, dry bath & tons of room plus a 28' TNT gooseneck trailer. Will have it by May 1 so yes it will be in Moab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just picked up my gooseneck today 28' made in 1977 on the registration it say's it weighs 2900lbs but I'll be taking it too the scales sometime this week too find out forsure..That damn trailer tow's really nice just need to get 6 new tire's for it..

We got an '04 AF990 in late '05 and saved quite a bit versus buying new. It is a heavy bastard, but I have a dually so it holds it pretty well. Here's a pic of the combo truck/camper/trailer:
