Trump for prez?

It became pretty clear last night watching Megyn Kelly interview Marco Rubio. She asks questions that don't really benefit the campaigns of conservatives sometimes. I like that to an extent, it's necessary I spose but then it becomes the crooked media standard to prop up a negative picture of someone based on a tricky question. Then they have a difficult time answering it. When you really step back, no matter who answers it, it's almost impossible to give a good answer to it without offending a large group of people. Which essentially could hurt you in the realm of votes.

So up to this point I wondered why trump wouldn't show up to a debate with her. She does get a bit dirty sometimes.

Specifically the question for Rubio was "There was a Muslim war vet denied entry to an Oklahoma gun range. The range put a sign up that said, Muslim free range. Should this be allowed in our country?"

I mean how do you answer that? Sheesh

Yes, they should have the freedom to say whatever the **** they want and refused business to whoever the **** they want, other owner should also be able to put up a sign that says redneck gun range and niggar gun range and what ever else. That is the idea of liberty and freedom. We don't need more laws saying what you can't do

Totally agree

Re:

And if it really bothers enough people a light bulb should go off in their head and they should start a business that caters to whatever group is pissed they can't get a served. That's how the free market is supposed to work. Not the government making things "fair". Drives me nuts when all these Bernie supporters start bashing capitalism and saying we need socialism. We're just told we live in a capitalistic society. If we truly lived in a free market society I could go to the gas station and buy beer cheaper than state minimum prices.

So the radio station is using the race card to get blacks to vote from Clinton.. Commercial said "she will stand up for police brutality" and some other **** about Michael brown.. **** pisses me off.. I find it odd that they play that ad on a rap station, and not on country or any other station..

Agreed. It's amazing to see and hear how the radio and tv market to a key demographic. I used to work a kia dealer, all the stations were set to local rap. So I would hear them throughout the day as I pulled them back to my work area. I used to take audio recordings of a handful of the commercial blocks.

There would literally be 4 commercials in a row about "free iPads". Did you get in a wreck and now you want yo money? Get yo free cash, call 1-800 give me cash today. Do you need a new car but you ain't got no job or money down, come see drivers select. No credit, no job we finance.

Then turn it to talk radio and the commercials are about investing your money. Cancer screenings, how to save for retirement and college.

Pretty crazy.

I was in Vegas last week. Turned on the radio once or twice in the car going to see the sights.
Couldn't stand all the Bernie and Hillary "infomercials" turned the radio off and played music off my phone. Lol

Boy it sure is an interesting time for America. I talk to old timers periodically about it. I ask was it the same 50 years ago but we were just too young to know about things as a kid? Or is it truly different.

They all say there were similar points in their history where things were the same and felt the same. Though they all say it lasted for a very short amount of time. Someone or something happened and we were pulled from the wreckage before it exploded.

So then I take my view and experience of pretty much all old timers. You notice how their brain works much slower. Their decision making is completely different. Most often are pretty blank in their expressions and body language. For the most part pretty grumpy. At that point they compare how their generation was far more respectable. Harder working, better die hard attitude.

So still leaves the question, is it really different than 50 years ago? Just new names, new scenarios? Of course we feel today that it's totally different than our fore fathers. Though they experienced mass killings, horrible treatment of people, vets getting mis treated etc.

I think trump is a terrible storm for this country. He knows it. I'm concerned for us

IMO - the difference between now and 50 years ago is how quickly the media and those that control it can stir up a crap storm and get the sheeple riled up about absolutely zero, or draw attention away from what is really happening.

Prime example - dentist goes to Africa, kills a lion. Some liberal, "save all the animals group" gets a hold of the info and suddenly it is a world wide crisis that the dude killed a lion. Guy is receiving death threats, his practice is in the toilet, he is investigated on international crime charges etc etc etc.

Follow up - Nobody is hunting in those preserves anymore due to the global fallout that happened after the "cecil" incident. Now that preserve has 300 more lions than it can sustain and they are talking about the local government euthanizing 300 lions due to zero hunting pressure. Not to mention the jobs and the funds that those hunters brought to an impoverish area and all the locals who made their livelihood off that industry.

50 years ago, this wouldn't even have been news. Today everyone and anyone who can stir **** up and sensationalize anything for a story is granted as much airtime as they want...and that one wasn't even really political...

I've often pondered this same then vs. now topic. Your brains seems to be wired very much like mine. (no offense...haha)
