What do you think a 10' long 12" dia. log weighs? I have no idea.
You'd be surprised with what you can move with two people and one of these.
While this project sounds like fun and all....is it really needed?
Yes, it is.:awesomework:
.
I'm stupid.:signjerry_sign: Give me stuff and let me try to break it!
Ill bet someone on here has an old m style trailer that could be modified ......
I know a guy who has a 1-1/2 ton military trailer in his driveway and a plan to attach it to the rear of his buggy but I'm not sure how it would help move logs?
What kind and what size are the shocks your running?
Well the schrader valves used in those shocks are good to around 7,000 PSI, and not far about that the bodies will blow. I know you said the logs you will be towing around aren't that "big", but once you incorporate the stress of wheeling, and your winching mechanism and the log your shocks are going to be getting a work out.
Also, do you know what the minimum oil volume is and what its set at right now?
I really like the idea of a tow behind arch.
