Mike how big is the pipe? I think you are going to need larger plates more like 6"x6" for a 5/8" bolt, you will need a 3/4" hole and you will want some meat at the edges...

I also have a large generator and an oxy/acc outfit that isn't too large with all the stuff you would need.

I have to move my father-in-law on Saturday so the soonest I can make it out there is Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

I am still planing on bringing my mobile welder, I can fit it in the back of the toy. It has 4 110v outlets on it and one 220v plus more than enuf welding power. And if we run out of gas for tortches I can crank it up and demonstrate 6010 arc gouging:clappy:

I could bring electric rock hammer and drill so we don't need a big air compressor back there. How far back in are we putting the cables? I could bring the BIG welder/generator that will also run my plasma cutter but a truck would have to haul it in.

My bed is available if this is needed.
