Ricky and I have been working on changing the server to GoDaddy. Here are our bills to this point. Hopefully there will be no more.

This fee is the domain registration fee. This is now paid out five years:

.COM Transfer (1 Yr FREE + 4 Add'l) (recurring) $34.85

This fee is the server space fee. This is now paid out three years, where it was each year. We got a good discount for extending the period and paying up front.


Hosting - Web - Deluxe - Linux - 3 years (recurring) $213.84

Order Total $248.69


Ricky had an issue moving the database, so we contracted with Sawz, who has helped us before. His fee is $75. I have not seen this bill yet. I don't know if Ricky has paid him or not. If Ricky did, he and I will straighten that money out.

We had a good meeting. In attendance:

Locos new name is Wild Rock Grill.

It was suggested by Ricky, and agreed by everbody, that in exchenge for the RBD money, Ricky will take over the web site fees for 2 or 3 years. He is to get with Matt and have the credit card on file changed to his.
We talked about adding a private chat to the board to facilitate a web based meeting. ANd also updating the web site landing page to the Hardline group photo of the Choccoloco ride.

We scheduled a ride for August 27th. The location was not decided, but the following was thrown out for consideration: Morris Mountain, Mountainside, Hawk Price, and Old Gardendale.

The next hardline meeting will be at my house. We scheduled it for the first Monday in August, which is August 1st. I think we should move it to 8/15. We really don't need to meet in two weeks! And the move should allow Rich to attend. It would be two weeks before the ride, and it could be finalized at that time.

Hardline will have an open "fire ride" at Grayrock on Saturday morning of September Slam (9-10). We will meet at Tony's shop at 8:30AM for a 9AM departure, hit as many trails as possible, as fast as possible, to end at the pavillian for lunch around 1PM.
