What's the longest you have kept a rig?

Been raising hell for about 15 years :****:

Had this Toyota for 17 years I got it when I pretty much turned 15 and I'm about to turn 32, started out as a mostly stock 1987 Toyota now has a SAS gears lockers bumpers and what not I'll try to find a pic from when I first got it
On 37s several years ago

On borrowed 39s lol

In its current state more less

Had the Comanche 12 yrs. Outside hasn't changed a whole lot. But the only things left original in the drivetrain is the trans and t-case, front drive shaft and rear leaf springs. The rest is Ford! Lol

Damn y'all must have some sentimental attachment issues :rolf: The longest I kept a rig was the last one it's was 4 or 5 years and I re did it 3 times.

If you count the progression of my yota and the transformation of it into a buggy I kept that thing around for over 10 years

I had it for another 5 or 6?

I ve Had this rig 19yrs. Happens to have been my vehicle 1st I ever owned. Paid 5k for it. Started like life as a 87 4runner. Did most of the work in high school in my auto mechanics class with the help of my teacher. I learned a lot from him. Very good man.

That is nice! I wish I had a 4Runner instead of my Pickup sometimes

Thank you. Ive **** wrecked 3 times. I've only wheeled it a couple times at GMP and AOP since the last time I put it back together. The last time I went over board and made it to nice to beat the **** out of. Damn tree at AOP took out a door. Now It's a mall crawler.

Re:

I've had a CJ5 for 4 years, never wheeled it. Currently cut in half.

Red Buggy 2 years.... Currently INOP, never wheeled it.

Bronco II had for three years, 1 riding, 1 upgrading, another set of upgrades cut short by a tornado.

9 years this year and a whole lot of changes. After I finish up the CJ build I'm working on, it'll be time to decide if I want to redo this one or start fresh. There were a lot of things I did, because I didn't know any better and then added to, because it was already there.
