I never thought there would be this many replies, now i don't feel quite so bad about my injuries. I'll be thinking up something new to post, maybe something sex related...... pepper.gif

I'm kinda like Kelly done a lot of stupid **** and little to no wounds to brag about.
Sprained a **** load of stuff, and have been on crutches many times but I just bend and dont break.

Only ever broke one bone, was in my hand from punching this kid Greg Cole in the head in Boy Scouts, I was like 13.
Had a good number of stitches, but only one that was bad, had a dry ice bomb go off as it left my hand. Damn Pepsi bottle sliced the fawk out of my index finger as it exploded.

For cuts or wounds usually a papertowel, and some duct tape will fix it, or if its bad I'll bust out some superglue.

Oh yeah... forgot about tearing up my ankle after XRRA Gray Rock last year. Didn't actually break the bone, but tore just about all the tendens / ligaments and. Had to be on crutches for several weeks. (note avatar) And that's about it that I can remember, unless you count some stiches after a bike wreck when I was little.

Broke left thumb three different times. Crushed right ring finger lifting weights and dropping a 45lb dumbbell on top of another and finger was between. Took surgery to reset the 5 different pieces of bone in the tip of my finger and a pin and some stitches. Broke some fingers from fighting. Numerous stitches from not giving a **** about the outcome of lots of dumb things. Got a good scar on my left elbow from rolling my jeep at 60mph and my elbow drug the pavement. I know when the weather is about to change from that. There are many stories of bike wrecks and just being a "boy" from growing up, that have left some scars also. That's about it. ;D

I was 28 when this was posted, since then I've had a cow take some ribs out of place quite a ways by getting her horn under them and winging me, loud popping sound, bulging way out, no broken bones, went over forward at 60 on my rzr, no roof, in loose gravel sand riverbed, no roof, concussion (brand new helmet on, just compresses the **** out of my neck and head straight on). Millions of cuts. Still don't break bones. I hope my boy is the same. He's wrecked his dirtbike quite a few times and hasn't broken yet.
I did think I just had torn cartilage in my knees, turns out both my ACL's had been gone since 98-01, not sure which wreck/play/dirtybike dab did the job, it always hurt but I always kept going. Got both ACL's repaired at same time, they took my hamstring tendons and screwed them in, I ran my first 5k 3 months later.
Now that I'm 35 with kids, I regret some of the needless stupid. My lower back hurts every day from that quad landing on me and my spine swelling up

37 but I haven't had as serious stuff as most of you.

Broke right arm, both bones, just behind the wrist between 6-7th grade.
Fractured right arm in 9th.
Concussion 10th.
Torn tendons in both ankles multiple times.
Nearly cut middle finger in half long ways in high school.
Messed right knee up riding gocart at fun park. College
Filted back of left hand with a 4 1/2" grinder 2010ish
Broke/crushed end of left thumb dropped bumper on it. Got to watch Dr. Go in and and take broken bits out. Now have 2 piece thumb nail. Spring 2011ish
Pretty sure I broke my right thumb in middle school, don't move as far as the left one.

I'm 35. Haven't really had much to speak of. Grade 3 AC separation at 20 from an atv wreck. Never broken a bone. Lots of stitches everywhere. That's it. I'm lucky as hell to cause I wreck **** all the time.

Crushed right foot in 6 places, wrapped it around the peg of my motorcycle in a field by my house on a piece of pipe sticking out of the ground.

Broke my right heel jumping off a balcony barefoot while we were moving out into a rent house.

Almost compound fractured tib fib in my right leg just above my ankle riding a private arena cross track at a buddies house.

I work outside everyday all year long. On my feet constantly. It's amazing how the body can heal. No complaints.

Re: Re: Whats wrong with you?

Broke wrist, bruised ribs, deep road rash type cuts/wounds, bunch of stitches over the years, then the big bike wreck happened in 2010.

Some pics from dirt bike wreck when I was a teenager and a few from big bike wreck.

Before I believed in protective gear. Flying down a hilly dirt road, topped a hill, only to find that I'm doing 50 or 60mph and a tree had fallen across the road the night before. Had to keep my legs in those immobilizers for over a month while wounds healed. Let it sink in that I had to **** with my legs straight out for over a month. Not as easy as it sounds.

Total was wheelchair bound 8.5 months and out of work for 11 months on the dot. Never want to do that again. Worst thing was the boredom from being out of work and not being able to do much. I'm too active for that ****. All good in the hood now though! Although I'll surely have it rough the older I get.
