Hmmmmmm.......the more I think about it a zero percent loan with all the rebates and you can steal a new single wheel 2500HD right now.......
That's what I'm talkin about. NO lifted rig, no parts that wear faster, no spendy flatbed that IMO breaks the look of Wyatt's current Dmax.

My $0.02

I think he has went through that already IIRC

They just replace them with the same shitty parts, they will go out again if you get enough mileage on them

Big Money Joe will sell my Dmax soon enough. I am going to buy it back and rock out. Sell my dodge and get a DD

Cole was a mud whompin sum bitch with 42's on his DD CTD. I can totally see cole in a street cruiser on 42's. I bet it had a triple tube chrome roll bar in the bed with 5 KC's on it with the daylighter covers.....

Nope that was the truck he had before the CTD. His dad has it now! molaugh

Re: Hunting a Trailer

My 07 dmax is bone stock with 3.73 gears/6 sp Allison and it gets 19 mpg unloaded and I averaged 12.1 on my 3000 mile Colorado trip. In stock form it is every bit as strong as the 03 Dmax with the Edge and exhaust that I sold Jimbro. No WAY i would **** with it by 'chipping' it or larger tires.

Wyatt, add up the cost of the flatbed, wheels and tires etc and you are looking to dump serious cash into a truck with 100k on it.

GM is hurting. Take advantage. Singe wheel though....the dualies are still in demand and most have 4.11.s plus are ghey to use non-towing.

I have some good GM contacts in Baton Rouge and here (clients) so if you want me to put you in touch, let me know.

Re: Hunting a Trailer

Best deal out right now in my opinion is to purchase a slightly used 3/4 or ton truck with say around 5 to 10K - 1 to 2 years old. Buddy of mine just got a 07 3/4 Ford with 5k on it for $27,000 - not to bad.

Of course I will keep rocking my 99 Goat for as long as she will hold out. Just turned 74K - sumbitch better run 300K

Re: Hunting a Trailer

That is badass - my rig would not even fit in though laughing1

What is the weight?

Re: Hunting a Trailer

Sure looks like a lot of trailer for 2 axels. make sure it will carry the weight you desire loaded.

Re: Hunting a Trailer

Trailer without the living stuff is probably - 6000#, 3500# for the buggy and that leaves 4000# for the living quarters stuff and tools. I bet that stuff in the living area is pretty light. I love it. Most triple axles are 5200# axles so that only gives you about a thousand extra pounds and 2 more tires and one more axle to maintain.

I love that trailer. I wish I had found one just like it.....P....17' in the cargo area....so no, one buggy.

Re: Hunting a Trailer

that thing is PIMPIN SON!

Can't hide W$Y$A$T$T :drinkers:

Agreed... incognito burrito is key, some subtle sticker-age is good. thumb.gif

Re: Hunting a Trailer

That thing is the bling. I like small, light bumperpulls for hook up and go trips, but for a long trip that thing is the bling. Can't hide the green!!!!
