Well may be the owner of a 04.5" Cummins soon.... I hate Dodge seats!
Its Kelly's trucks twin, all the way.
I am sure something can be done to the seats. Rock solid truck! Good luck bro.

Re: Hunting a Trailer

your going to have to put a shower in the garage to keep that nice LQ clean.
I wish I could afford something like that.

Re: Hunting a Trailer

I would be a nervous wreck having to tow that around. I would be hitting all kinds of crap.

And that is the reason it seems to have never been used much. It does not have any dents or scrapes on it. With a trailer that size you are bound to bump something with it sooner or later.

That thing will tow better than an open goose neck thumb.gif. I used to have a 40' feather lite and it towed liek a dream. Much easier to tow than the 30' open trailer that we use now.

You are going to love it, just has soon as you get out of Houston :flipoff1:. Every one around here will wreck looking at you hitit

nah, its the 600 series. take the cat off and have the brain work done, its just as good as mine or better. Hope the milage pans out. If you take it out, have him fill up the tank and then go drive 100 miles and see what it really is by the hand. so you buy $35 in fuel, better than buying it and spending 100K in fuel in the next 2 years towing :flipoff1:
I'd rather have a dmax, but damn, 5 grand more for an auto

Re: Hunting a Trailer

What is the plan on a new truck?

I would call Oneal and get a buddy special Dodge and be done with it. I love the Chebby I have, but the Dodge guy in town has much better deals on new Diesels....

Re: Hunting a Trailer

Well, I am not a Dodge fan either, but the deals are there.....good luck and go get too........upside down :D

Two things I dont do on Dodges though. One the crewcab is a fuggin extended cab, and two the seats suck balls. Megacab equals abortion for me.

I'm with you on all of that. The leather int dodges are slightly nicer and the seats are more supportive and feel better than the cloth.

going to look at an '06 Chebby at 4pm
Crewcab dually, d-max, 4x4, 6 speed, LT3
Its that Blue silver color.
Downside 80k'ish miles.
Those miles are no downside. It will be sitting a lot since you will not be daily driving it. I like the way you do not **** around.
