I am running the MagnaFlow. It is long like stated about 14-16" I will measure mine tonight. But it sounds good. At idle and WOT.... You should be riding with us New Years! Cameras will be there!

I'll try to talk my wife into it, but prolly won't happen. :'( but will go somewhere the next weekend.

Well, second trip is under her belt. No Broken Parts :spin: :woot: I am glad to get my mind set for sure now that I like my gearing. It will pull second pretty good so that is what I was looking for. Don't think I'm gonna put bump stops on it, lands ok. But, I am gonna have to pull the Tcase out, and put new seals in it, and the adapter. Leaking like a sift. I should have done it before, just got in a rush.

Anybody got any experience with a 205 rebuild kit. Should I go ahead and buy a whole kit, or just get what I need from Napa?

Yellow Fever was running rampid in Hale It's official, she's a runner. Got some good video of you on that trail I pulled a U'ey on (don't know the name) If I could only figure out how to post them up it would help. :dunno:

Man u gotta post that fo sho! Pm Rescue1 he may can help?? I understand about the game, no cell service is aggrevating sometimes.

HOw are you liking the motor? It was a Vortec 5.7 right? Glad you are enjoying your rig, looked cold there!

I love the motor! I understand the stock fuel inj will support my internals with mods. I like the propane so far though. The buggy is high geared (which I love) and will still smoke 44's on wet rock in 2nd.

Well thought I'd give an update. The ol girl has done great. I've had to put a new trans in it, but besides that I (knock on wood) haven't had any more issues. Maybe it will stay that way. I trashed the engine skins and got me a new pair of shoes. Here are a couple recent pics. Thanks to everyone who have complimented it in the woods. It's been a blast to drive. :driving:

Thanks Drake. Hurry up and buy one. I said buy one, not build one. Unless you get a turn key job. You'll be much happier, It'll be like Christmas when it gets done, with no headaches. Just sale the Jeep and save some cash. :dblthumb: You coming to Mtn.Side?

Next comes mass air flow..... :afro: :afro:...I got the ok from the wife after memorial day its goin on mine with a few other things :****:......oh yeah glad you came back :dblthumb:

Got a few upgrades to the buggy. It desperately needed some air bumps and exhaust work. So I called up Big AL at Full Throttle Off Road. Man he fixed me up right. I got a new set of custom headers that made an unreal power difference it seems. They look killer to boot. He mounted me some air bumps and pads, also added a couple of bars to support a good beating above the rear shocks. The rig performs even better now. My issue with air movement in 2nd gear vanished with the new exhaust. I'm 100% satisfied with how it came out in 4 DAYS.Big Al really treated me good on the quality and price. I wouldn't have touched these upgrades for what he did them for. By the way we weighed the ol girl, so for those who want to know what a full dressed aetna buggy goes for ( 3,809) and the distubution from front to back and side to side was dang near perfect for my style buggy with that credit going to Smith.
