I crushed my thumb on Sat. and it hurt so bad that every little brush against something hurt terribly. Not only that, but it rendered my one and only opposable digit on that hand useless which, as a human, is very annoying. I looked up what to do about it and this is what turned up.

You heat up a paper clip red hot and it literally just melts right through the nail. Once you achieve the bleeding it is like heaven.
