Off the vehicle @ max psi... Bias ply tires are the worse.... 37" pitbulls measure 31" on a 5500 lb rig at 4 psi ... This is another reason reds are so loved, radial tires run true and their carcass doesn't flex as much due to changes in air pressure

My treps measured exactly 40" when I pulled them off the pallet before they were mounted. I don't know why you guys think they should measure 40 when you stick them under your rig.

Maybe they would measure truer if you measured horizontally rather than vertically.

I measured my 43 stickies yesterday. Was very depressed at 40.5". That's at 15 psi under my rig though. I considered lifting the rig up and measuring without the weight but that's just too much work.

You guys should measure horizontally not vertically. Just saying the weight is pushing down making the tire shorter. :dunno:

Talked to a rep a couple months ago said $800-$1000/tire. I almost started laughing at him. They are a nice tire but need to be competitive with other stickies if they want to sell them. That said when they come out I'll probably have a set :woody:
