Got some stuff done the last few days...

Finished setting up the front leaf springs, heres a shot with the leafs almost compressed flat. The spring eye kisses the front as it hits the bump stop.

Rear axle in and tires on, doesn't sit as low as sam or nuzzys but its not much taller than when I had it sitting on 35s. I can also ditch the longer shackles in the rear, plus in my experience these springs will settle in after the first trip.

If it was me I would add a stiffener between your shackles to give a little more lateral stability, it's your front end, anything to tighten it up is good, not driving it on the road? still, you could bend them if caught in the right situation out in the woods anyways. Just constructive critisism. Good work buddy:awesomework:

That ain't gonna flex right :eeek:

Let me know if you need a long slip driveline. You buy me the yokes for a regular one and you can have my 24" slip. I don't need it anymore because I don't have shackle reversal.

You're not getting enough travel out of your springs with your stops that low.

Those are the old stops anyway, my springs dont sit flat at ride height. If it does need adjusting down the road thats easy enough.

I still got your number, ill get ahold of ya sometime...

Let's lower the whole thing 5 inchs... :awesomework: on that note. You should totally notch the frame so that you will have more travel on your front shackle.
