Ya but you also like goats so you dont count:haha:
Ya--so---I wheeled today :fawkdancesmiley:
i hate it when you get held up by waiting for partsyou chatty kathys!
I dont know if it will be done in time. Ill post pics tonight, the front end is all done, just have to weld spring perches on. Plus my doubler stuff still isnt here...
That ain't gonna flex right :eeek:Finished setting up the front leaf springs, heres a shot with the leafs almost compressed flat. The spring eye kisses the front as it hits the bump stop.
If it was me I would add a stiffener between your shackles to give a little more lateral stability, it's your front end, anything to tighten it up is good, not driving it on the road? still, you could bend them if caught in the right situation out in the woods anyways. Just constructive critisism. Good work buddy:awesomework:

You're not getting enough travel out of your springs with your stops that low.explain pope

Let me know if you need a long slip driveline. You buy me the yokes for a regular one and you can have my 24" slip. I don't need it anymore because I don't have shackle reversal.
I'm tossing around the idea of notching the frame a bit so the shackle has a little more travel...thoughts?
