What radiator are you going to use? Off the shelf, or custom? Needing ideas for up travel reasons on mine.
Customer supplied radiator and fan combo. Not a high dollar unit I don't think, 27x19 I believe.

I believe that I could leave a bag full of cash with you and come back to a finished buggy and never ask a single question BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTERWARDS. Amazing skills sir.

Where did you get the clips and other accessories to build the tube doors?

I got to find a full bag first, all of mine are empty. Know where I can find one? :dunno:

All the accessories to hang and latch- Austinhardware.com

Barrel hinges, rotary latches, striker plates, and striker bolts. I'll have pics of those installed tomorrow.

I'm in the process of building tube doors for mine. You're a lot fancier than I am tho. I'm just using some pop pins and a bolt/tube combo as the hinge.

I have used those for similar applications, they work well, but they always seem to bind a bit with chassis flex. That's why I'm not using them on the doors. I do have plans for those in other places.

Dave's wife rides a lot, so easy ingress and egress are my goal here.

On the cage on the b pillar, why not make it out of 1 piece instead of having an open end on the outside like that? I know you got some plan i'm just curious what it is.

Really just a style choice. I like capped tubes and mend plates, desert truck influences. As a bonus, allows me to do much of the assembly on the fixture table, then install as modules. You can see many caps on the manche.

There will be a horizontal assembly between B and C, tying in to the rear upper shock mount, tube and sheet work.

I never noticed on the manche now i'm going to have to re-read that whole thread again. That's a really smart idea though. My cage is one piece on my TJ and it was a nightmare to get back in because everything moved just enough make it hell.

Doors latched. Still need to make a paddle for the release lever. I set it up to pull up to release.
