Hey man, I'd really like to follow your build, but it is damn near impossible to read because there's NO separation between sentences!!! Is it too hard to use some punctuation? Please!?:awesomework:

:haha: sorry i'll slow down a lil bit and use some puntuation. :awesomework:
I keep forgeting to read over it before i post.
What do you think of the build so far ?

So not much progress lately my garage kinda turned into a disaster zone i
had to do a lil re organizing but here is a lil update.:awesomework:

I got the rear axle all torn down, all the shock brackets, brake lines, and vents removed.

there will be no trussing on the bottom its all on top i did not think that mattered?

I see the confusion i have the axle fliped up side down so it looks like its on the bottom

if it sticks off the back it will hang up on rock and anthing else it catch. truss the **** out of the top and find some good diff protection. Try and make the truss one piece

i am liking the top truss and i did not make the other side cause i didn't have a piece of cardboad big enough, but as for the back i am still screwing around with ideas.

top truss should go from perch to perch and then perch to axle plate... total trussing, good jumping...
as far as the diff , trail gear has a toyota diff cover thats killer... u can booty fab it to work or just copy and make a little bigger

nice build though , kraker out

:awesomework: make sure when you are welding the truss on that you install 3rd member and shafts.

ya..your going to need some weight on that also. the point that Spring85 is trying to make is if you dont throw all the parts back in there it has a higher chance of warping it..

although I would love to read later post about how axles keep snapping and your bearings keep going to ****..:haha:

i am thinking something like this

i like how my buddie did it but i was woundering about adding 2 speed holes, like one on each side of the center section?

keep the feedback coming i am open to any ideas

thats all for today so tommorow i have to make extended radius armsand make mounts for the heims

uh, what happened to the "truss"?
um i stared at it long enough that i didn't like it .
and i ran out of 1/4 big enough right now to maje it one piece so i'll come back to it in a month or so when things slow down and i have some more steel
pluss i started thinking about linking the rear, and all these wounderfull thoughts  then i decided my number 1 goal before i do anything else is to make it reliable :awesomework:
