85 b2 build

how should i dovetail the rear There is no inner fender well so just the skin

its looking so good and its so close i keep buggin him to get it done.
i have been joking that i'm gonna be a full buggy by the time he is done
he does some quality work tho.

ryan says he will be done before justin so hopefully some snow wheelin will be in order soon i cant wait to see that yota out rippin it up :cool:
 
so i got the mounts made and tacked to the frame

then i extended the radius arms

and yes i need to attack my frame with the grider and smooth out all the old welds. dam its flexy now that i did the extended radius arms and heims.

can someone tell me do i have to run a relay for my head light/ tail lights i dont know much about relays :eeek:

that depends you don't persay have to but it is a good idea, if ever your lights or wiring to your lights short out or what have it, instead of toasting your lights or switch it will kick the relay off, i also like to run inline fuses with my relays.

i have everything running to its own fuse so lights, ign, and so on are all on there own fuse.
i was just checking to see if there was some special reason, so as long as i run them fused i should be good ?

ok so i'm going to bring this build back up to date but first off
i went to keiths and justings this weekend and now i really want a buggy
but untill then here are some updates


Things Done
* Totaly rewired, loom clamps every 8" brand new wire
* Dash reworked and center console built
* Pan hard bar mount reworked
* New fuel cell mount made
* tranny seal replaced
* tore down doubler and re sealed
Things to finish

* purchase and install ARB FRONT LOCKER, and compressor :awesomework:
* Make rear shock mounts and install rear shocks
* remake dash panel and use rocker switches and new leds
* have gas tank fittings tiged on
* Dove the front
* new winch mount and front bumper to better my approach angle
* mount new passenger seat

all new wiring, moved battery and start solenoid under dash

started making a center console, still playing around with gauge and switch layout so its not the final panel, and i still need to make a mount for the battery but thats were it will be going

ditched the front bumper gonna cut out the core support, dove the front, and move my winch as close to the radiator

picked up an ARB yesterday:awesomework: now i just need to wait till pay day before i can get anymore parts:rb:.


what do you guys think about having the winch under the radiator so i can suck everything back even further ?
