Damn... they took down the web listing I we were certain it had fridge included.. ( dont know why it wouldnt theres a stove , dishwasher , and microwave already included...WTF )


Anyway, list is getting handled this AM and we are walking through around 2 or before..

I've read online that this varies by area but around here what you see is normal. The stove, dishwasher, and microwave are typically included if they are built in/installed. The fridge isn't because it's just plugged in with maybe a hose for the ice maker. If the fridge was one of those big things built into the wall it would stay.

That's how it works around here anyway.

read appliances , Ice Maker... I took that as a fridge... unless they want to put a stand alone ice maker in the basement or some **** what do you take that as ?

Its vague I understand "they probably meant to put Ice Maker hookup " But hell I honestly assumed all along there was a fridge gonna be in there, wrote it up on the initial walk through... and TODAY they want to say no fridge is included only hours prior to close... hello communi-****in cation.... I want to move into my new house with a fridge in there bottom ****ing line.

It is always something like this at the last minute. Stick to your guns on it. Chances are they will see it your way. But I will have to say if I did not see one when I first viewed it I would not have expected one to be there. It would have been one of my first questions.

Our first walk through the stove was int he kitchen but not set in place... I took it as they were getting to it...

Like I said we wrote that up.. no fridge today they say something ??? Cmon ninja heads up puh lease... :flipoff1:

Typical though, they ignore it until the last minute. They figure you are this far into it and you will not back out on closing because of a frig...
 
Stick to your guns as hard as it is to sell a house at this this time I do not think they will turn $800.00 Fridge and let the house set longer thumb.gif

Capt Carl is in the market for refrigerators if anyone has a new black fridgidaire side by side with ice maker let him know.

We got it handled, and Amber, the builder is hanging your sheetrock in the "unfinished" basement were you didnt take into fact its "unfinished" He wants you to be happy though.. plus i think he's gonna have Capt Carl earning his keep and helping him hang it since Capt volunteered. This is actually turning into alot of fun for me... laughing1

bout to bail and go get lunch with Capt and head to the new one for a walk through. :afro:

House is PIMP , stayed here last night, moved some stuff and again today obviously... Lovin the new crib man
