There are a few things I want to add to it when its strippd back down, let me know when you get to that point.

You get the coils in yet ?

no not yeat hope they will come in this week so i can finish the rear coilover mount i may need you to help me one night bend the rear mounts and give me some idea of how to mount the bumpstops

p if you get a chance will you bend me a cb mount so if you come out one night you can bring it with you

Joes getting burned out on it though........... he's already skimping and throwing it together cause he just wants to go wheeling so badly !

( Ill once it over when it gets tore down, I want to add some strenff to a few places anyway )

i put the new springs on it tonight and the rear sits pretty good at about 6 inches of shock showing and after fuel and a few more pices of tube and the rear skins it will be good. the front sits at about 4 inches of shock showing but the upper spring is compressed to 6 inches and it is a 12 inch 100 lb spring the lower spring is not compressed at all so i think the front might need to be changed but i am not sure but if the top spring is compressed that much it is almost it's fully compressed or is that ok.please give input.

and yes i'm burn out on working on it but i am not going to getto rig it but it is not going to be show quality but remember i'm building it to beat the **** out off it. capt carl came by the shop today and like i told him it sucks working on it by yourself he said he would help anytime and matt has told me that to so i guess it's up to me to call

Give me a shout, if I am around I will be happy to come help. Your shop is about 15 minutes from my parents place so no worries there. Joe that is how the "experts" told me to set up the springs for best results. It really does not matter which spring is compressed, as long as they compress enough to get it to the ride height you want. I don't think you will have any ill effects from the amounts the springs are compressed, just from the rates themselves. You can't really tell if the rates are good until you ride it some, but they should be dead nuts. A lot or rigs run super short top springs, like 8-10 inches static height, just to get the ride height they want. As long as you are happy with the height and ride, the performance will be there.

My front CO's run like that... really compressed on top, and not so much on bottom at ride height. Never been a problem.

well good i hope they will be fine i just did not know so thanks for the input

p and i did some work on it Saturday and it's about ready to tear down for paint hopefully i will finish by the end of the week. i will post some pictures later
