yea nothing bling but worth a look fer sho. I'm not in the price range quite yet for something as nice as MattO, Nolen, P, or any of you other medium to high rollers. I have been on the verge of needing to move out so every time something pops up with a big garage (in relation to small house) in my price range I get a call/email from my realtor.

Yep. Can't build anything within city limits, it's terrible. The only homes with garages are tiny 1 car's OR detached/grandfathered in. We'll see how it pans out I have had 2 now fall through because before I could make an offer--someone else beat me to the punch. One in Olathe I was in love with on a 1/2 acre they beat me by an hour

My 3br house is 1305 sq ft and my shop is 1285 sq ft. So I'm close. If I had MO Money then I'd have a bigger shop.

The thing that sparked this one was Greg told me about a house for sale near his off of 83rd street. I went, picked up a flyer... called my realtor last night... turns out it is under contract : 3BR, 2 car detached w/storm shelter and pit. We looked at that one anyway and it'd been perfect for me and a roommate or 2... There will always be more...

Last night went and looked at a 3br, 1bath built in 1978. It's got a full basement, 2 car garage sittin' on 1 acre in Stilwell.... Suprised it's within my price range ... Backs up to a friend of mine's place... on 194th a block west of Metcalf in a pretty darn nice neighborhood.

Anyone from KC need a place to live??? Need to find a roommate so I can have some play $$$... Might have to hit up that CL action. pepper.gif laughing1
