....the shop is almost bigger than the house? Lookin' a little bachelor pad this evening :drinkers:...

yea nothing bling but worth a look fer sho. I'm not in the price range quite yet for something as nice as MattO, Nolen, P, or any of you other medium to high rollers. I have been on the verge of needing to move out so every time something pops up with a big garage (in relation to small house) in my price range I get a call/email from my realtor.

2br house, 30X30 garage thumb.gif 87th and Antioch-ish for those of you from KC

http://www.prukc.com/xq/aspx/mlsnum.1480641/qx/homesearch/AllPhotos.aspx?MLS_Number=1480641

"4 CAR DETATCHED GARAGE/WORKSHOP (30X30) WILL DELIGHT THE CAR LOVER IN YOUR FAMILY! New windows, driveway, furnace and more. Needs light cosmetics but is sure to please everyone. Remodeled bathroom w/tile floors and shower and new vanity. 2nd bedroom w/1/2 bath. Main floor laundry. Fenced yard."

1010 square feet... **** the garage is 900  laughing1

****, you cant even put my house into MattO's mansion's territory molaugh That thing is about 3 of my houses !!

That looks like a sweet pad for a guy like you though man, good luck brotha !! :afro:

I edited my post... you're at least in the medium roller category... you just bought a brand new fuggin house thumb.gif

and thanks garage and small house would be purrrfect for me at this point (and prolly the next 10 years) of my life....

Also, my dad wants a spot to move his fabrication tools to since he rarely uses em so they can park my mom's car in the garage again.... hello model 4, welder, notcher, bandsaw, drillpress laughing1

Just be glad it has a garage to speak of... Our house is in a historic district, garage is tiny and we share a driveway. ::) House is pimp though. Fully remodeled, built in 1939, I have the original deed, only one other owner besides us.

Yep. Can't build anything within city limits, it's terrible. The only homes with garages are tiny 1 car's OR detached/grandfathered in. We'll see how it pans out I have had 2 now fall through because before I could make an offer--someone else beat me to the punch. One in Olathe I was in love with on a 1/2 acre they beat me by an hour

Rob picture that place as a Jelly Donut.

You are the Fat Kid so...........Jump on it!

That place looks like a damn good 1st home for a bachelor/pimp/buggy builder. Build some equity, get out from under the parentals. And have a decent lil shop to boot. Cant beat that.

That looks more like a cash crop to me laughing1 Maybe I can become a medicinal mary jane cropper? laughing1

My 3br house is 1305 sq ft and my shop is 1285 sq ft. So I'm close. If I had MO Money then I'd have a bigger shop.

i remember when i was 18 and moved out from my moms (and i was a Dad)
house looks good Rob
my shop 1800'
my house 1680'
3 car garage 720'
3 bay barn 720'
and i still have crap out side

Well that house was fawked... You'd really have to walk into it to understand... The floorplan was totally wack... I guess I just gotta keep lookin! laughing1

The thing that sparked this one was Greg told me about a house for sale near his off of 83rd street. I went, picked up a flyer... called my realtor last night... turns out it is under contract ::) 3BR, 2 car detached w/storm shelter and pit. We looked at that one anyway and it'd been perfect for me and a roommate or 2... There will always be more...

Friend did that to his weener before going to the pool when we were young. No way to do that unless he had a boner and was burpin tha bishop. molaugh

Last night went and looked at a 3br, 1bath built in 1978. It's got a full basement, 2 car garage sittin' on 1 acre in Stilwell.... Suprised it's within my price range ... Backs up to a friend of mine's place... on 194th a block west of Metcalf in a pretty darn nice neighborhood.

Anyone from KC need a place to live??? Need to find a roommate so I can have some play $$$... Might have to hit up that CL action. pepper.gif laughing1
