Well, I told them you were in a drive by paint ball shooting and lost an eye, san the patch over the left eye. Then a shopping cart got loose in the Pak n Sav parking lot and took out your left leg, sans the wooden leg and limp. The worst was the Great Wall of China buffet incident, sans the removal of all major large intestines, and also your dog just got run over by a rheindeer sled on the way to being neutered. And they call you "Lucky". Good thing you have friends in low places.

Got a call about 9:00.... They accepted my counter-offer to their counter offer. Got em to pay $3500 closing costs and come down quite a bit... 
Got in it for 15% under tax appraisal value...

I used Ambers yard cart thingy ( four wheeled wheel barrow ) But I was going across the street , filling it up with fresh dirt from the foundation digging , pushing it back to my place, dumping and packing it, then repeat

my rock pile with loader gouge in foreground for driveway base rock to go in
the start of the driveway going up to my house which will be in that back corner
the company that left the loader there is going to take all the black dirt I pull out and give me rock in return to make a driveway out of. they are putting a pipeline through and need cover, while I need rock. they left the loader there to use as I please and get their dirt up for them
