Back from inspections... went well, I espected a shocker somewhere but pleasantly suprised. One issue---roof has hail damage...BUT we are checking to see if the current homeowner's ins. will cover the replacement. All BS aside buncha minor lil **** that we expected... One other thing, inspector said this was brought in wall by wall... He said that it is more of a "kit" home than a modular---that he wouldn't class this as a modular. SWEET He also said that he thinks the kit homes are better construction than typical stick homes because they are built in the factory with jigs and are much more precise and square than a traditionally built home.

All good up in this hood I'm excited but still pretty nervous/scared about bein a homeowner. Pretty big step fer me and I haven't rode a bike without the training wheels yet ... I have had my own place before(in college and paid minimal expenses to live) but never been 100% supporting myself.

Good luck buddy. It can be a stretch at times living solo and owning a home since you still want to party, etc. Just gotta watch your monies more. Might settle ya down some also.

Thanks for the support guys. I've got 1 prospective roommate and another fall-back one... Should make things a little easier, but I think this is the motivation I need to finish the new movie in a sick twisted way... I won't have much extra $$ from my day job so that's gonnna light the fire under my ass to hustle hustle so I can continue to afford living my life the way I want to (toys, travels, shady wimminz)...

update on the house-buyin process...

... looks like they are paying for a new roof Got a verbal agreeance and waiting for the fax right now on that. SWEET.

Right on schedule, they've gotta get the stuff on the house fixxed... Have appraiser come out after that then sign the papers.

Sept 16th is the biggun and it's sneakin up! less than 2 weeks.




Already got a gang of **** bought off of CL...
Couch, loveseat, coffee+end tables, entertainment center... Kitchen table, chairs...

A guy I know got evicted so I went over there and bought some stuff from him 2:
all his garden tools for $20 (hedge trimmer, leaf blower, weedeater + rakes, branch trimmers, etc...)
$15 for all his outdoor chairs (6 i think) pretty decent metal ones
$50 for a smoker that was brand new last spring

Outdoor stripper pole is on lock down, but I don't know how many chicks will be wild about dancing on galvanized pipe laughing1...ESPECIALLY in winter time... For the inside stage/pole area we're thinkin build the stage in a corner of the basement with mirrors behind the stage---I really think a penninsula style stage would be cool where you can sit all around it, I don't have tall enough ceilings in the basement.. We could do it like 'nitas where it's a dogbone shape w/ tables running along pervert row.... I just don't want the strip club to take over my entire basement laughing1 laughing1 laughing1 laughing1 ( OR DO I?? haha)

I enjoy woodworking so we are gonna build something COOL.... I need to find trucker chick carpet laughing1
