The maroon sas tacoma on 40s these tires on the kia are pulled off of it . If you see me around town swing over and say hi. Your name sounds familiar I have probably met you before. But I dont know for sure.

Yeah he has the 3.slo in it. It does good it just eats alot of fuel. we are going to diesel swap both of our trucks probably after next winter :awesomework:

Well I was going to put two winches on it but I didnt want to ruin the approach angle. plus about 80% of the time when I get stuck I cant reach a winch in the front so I end up getting pulled out bacwards. so Im going to put recievers front and rear. and I have an air tank thats going to fit right into the front bumper.

I actually mocked up a winch bumper first but with the stubby nose on the truck it looked retarded with the bumper sticking way out there. its going to be tight in their with the radiator and trans cooler . I just didnt want to push my luck too much. plus I save $ only buying one winch thats about $600 to spend somewhere else :awesomework:

Im hoping it will be rollin in another month but we will see. I have a couple other projects going right now too so we will see. :corn: I think I have a couple days straight this week while waiting on parts for the other ones tho, so im leaving the phone in the house and attacking this thing till I run out of steel :awesomework:
Oh and anyone that builds bumpers out of nerf bars shouldnt be selling winches, although they have a good warranty I would rather have 1 warn than 2 shittybuilts :fawkdancesmiley: I may be editing this post later tho as build funds are fading fast

haha ya true but for the price ya can't rly beat it... i have had mine on three rigs with no issues, and i no plenty of people running them with no issues... from wht i have been told they have ramsey internals

Alright alright you damn winch salesmen. I saw one not even make 1 pull and had to get shipped back but that is only one I guess I shouldnt keep a biased opinion just because of one bad apple
maybe there will be a smittybuilt winch in my future. just forget everything I said in post 96 :flipoff: besides I still think their bumpers are :rb:

The only down fall is the freespool lever. Dont force it to engage. Turn the spool till you feel the teeth line up and then turn it back in.
Now the tacoma 4wp will fix the lever issue in house without sending it back. They upped the warranty to two years now too.
Just dont get the smitty bumpers.:kissmyass: Damn bumper guys never like "other" bumpers.:haha:
