Don't fix it upgrade it. Stroke that beeatch out!! :flipoff1:

I don't have that kind of money. More than likely my jeep will be parked for atleast 6 months. :'(

It seems to me like you are surprised? If you wheel the way you guys wheel, this kind of damage is going to happen.

One reason I don't like the 'bug-masher' thing you guys dig so much is the ragging it does to a rig.

Nothing can hold up to that kind of abuse on a weekly basis without constant maintenance.

Sorry for you. Good luck.

Are you kidding? Seriously wasn't that hard on this motor. I could see if I would have had this motor for a while, but this was only the 4th ride and didn't even beat on it this past weekend.
Maintenance, hell it had Oil and Oil Pressure. What else could I have done?

How is what I said negative? It is more the cold truth, not negative.

Cole, 4 rides in your rig is a lifetime of flogging to 99 percent of the rigs out there. Should the motor have let go? No, but who the hell knows what the real history on that motor was anyway. Do you know where it came from?

Look, sorry I am not saying 'Woo Hoo' and 'Good Job' like the rest of this pack, but if you want to wheel as hard as you wheel, get a sponsor or get out.

Hell, this won't cost as much as Camerom blowing 3 44 in TSLs in one weekend, huh?

Play hard, pay hard unless you can fix anything ou break yourself.

Nolen speaks the truth, you are hard on stuff. Heck all the TN guys are even harder on stuff, but with deep pockets you can have $2k in damage in one weekend and be wheein again the next. But for most of us that is not possible. I don't think your motor should of let go after 4 rides, but with a used motor you have no idea what was wrong with it before. I don't give it hell like you guys, but I know I seems like I spend twice as much time in maintenance as a do riding.

I seriously don't wheel that hard compared to alot of people around here. I just happen to have a video camera with me most of the time.

No, I don't know the whole history on my motor, only that it came out of an RV and had 13k miles on it. I am not really that worried about it. I will get it fixed. I could probably have it done by next week, but there are other things I would rather spend my money on at this time, like my Roth IRA and some other trips I have planned.

By the way it only cost around $200 bucks to fix those tires Cameron cut :flipoff1:

I have been in good spirits about this , I knew it would happen one day just didn't expect it this soon. Oh well **** Happens.

I was quite surprised honestly. The motor was probably at 3000rpm tops and when it was winding down after the bump it just conked out like it lost fuel, then when Cole went to restart it is when it made the horrible noises. Now, the day before we were on the new "easy" :flipoff1: SLICK rutted trail near Primos and it was laying over on it's side at full throttle but it seemed to run just fine hours after that. Cole, I hope you can get it back together sooner than expected.

Don't know your setup, but just buy you another small motor until you can get the motor fixed. I know it is not what you had in it, but you will be riding until you can fix yours.

Yeah thanks Ricky. Anytime you hear Ricky say "I know this trail its really easy wana hit it" Turn around and go the other way. Funny thing is the piston that screwed up was on the side we were laying on, so I know it had oil.

Anyways it will be fixed and I will not change my driving style.

I didn't post this up looking for sympathy, just thought people would like to know.
I'm a big boy and can handle it.
