Hard line along the frame is safer. Think about smashing the rocker panels and what might happen to the lines inside the tub.

On the cell, depending on how you setup the bumps, height, etc, you might be able to sink the cell a bit

No fuel line in tub.

Looks like the tie rod end clears.

Just grind the arm smooth and run it.

Still grind it smooth. My boss cut a 49 irok this winter on the sharpish edge on a steering arm.

You can get a coupler from advanced adapters that has different splines. My 205 came off a bull dog and I'm running it on a Th 350.

Well that deal fell threw the out put for the front shaft had a lot of play so still in the market for a th400 205 combo
