The kush-j7 build by 417chevy

Not reading this whole **** show. Did peruse the last couple pages. How much is your wheelbase stretched, do you have room for a 400/205. They are long as **** compared to some other options. The rock input being high helps a ton as the shaft doesn't have to go downhill as much. You said that a deal fell through and the front output was bad on some 205? All outputs are swapable across all versions for the most part. I have a bin full of 400/205's, and SM465/205's. Couple ford cases with the 32 spline outputs front and rear as well. Do I remember you're in Missouri or am I off? If so, I'm up the road in KS (again, thinking you're in Springfield).
400's have a 32 spline output, the 205 that goes with it is a big bearing female input.
350's and sm465's are 27 and 10 splines respectively, and use a coupler sleeve to mate the 2 male shafts together. Both 205's from these units are small bearing male input.
Late (85 and later) 400/205 and 4 speed 205 combos used a circle 6 pattern 205, and the SM465 (4 speed) went to a 32 spline output to match the 400.
What exactly do you need?
I'll likely not check back in on this cluster thread ****

I need a 400/205 combo would like circle six pattern but not picky at this point
The one I looked at the out put for the front drive shaft had a lot of play I could pull it about half an inch out just really sloppy

Think I would get it running and driving before I worried about the aesthetics :****:

He obviously has the materials for paint but is still lacking a trans and t case. I cant blame him. My buggy will get powedered before it hits the trail.

When you're broke sometimes all you can do is sand off old layers of paint :****: I found myself sanding clear off the waggy alot of evenings, just to stay working on it

This, I'll probably have 90% of the interior done before I even touch the suspension .

How else are you supposed to sit in it, drink beer and making driving noises to get yourself motivated?

And now the transfer case is twin sticked

You know you have to take the case apart and remove the pill from between the shift rails? It's not as simple as just putting the twin shifters on.

Pill is on a yota case. Gotta grind the rail on a 205
