you got that thing done yet ? what,s the hold up.

At the rate im going completion date should be around 2015 lol.

My malfunction is some crazy bastard(me)tried fallowing a group of hotrod rigs sporting 42"tires through a nasty canyon with 32" tires.And proceded to fawk the lil rig all up!!!! That crazy bastard had alot of fun!!!doing it though.

The sj is all fixed ,finished up now,so Ill get back to this pile soon.:redneck:

I got the upper link chassis mount designed and built just need to weld her together.I put lots of adjustment into this piece,Ive read thats a good idea to be able to dial in youre suspension.

It needed to be mounts away from the fram so I put in a 1" spacer and milled in a pocket so you can get at the nuts for the link mount bolts.I chamfered off all the to be welded edges for some nice penetration.:awesomework:

Some more fish plating to tie in the lower link mount and reinforcement for the upper link mount.

Got a bunch more stuff figured out and built

I got the axle upper link built and tacked in,there still a tab or 2 to build for it.

Next was to build a axle panhard mount.

I through a tab in here for some reiforcement and another couple pieces to come.

Heres those lil tabs I built put to use,I wanted to give some support on the back side of this mount to make it real strong.Ive gottin real tired of making holes at this point lol,but worth the effort I think.

I went and bought a cutting torch so I could do some bending and fitting for this other mount.

You're dissapointed that no one else has said anything, it's because I have a hard time keeping my jaw off the keyboard long enough to type. That is one heluva front end!
