What does your 4 wheel steer Portal axled buggy have for a body?:fawkdancesmiley:

My twisted customs buggy will be 4 wheel steer on spider 9's and will have .090" aluminum panels anodized black :flipoff:

I know I wont have your portal axles but and least I will be able to drive my own rig:fawkdancesmiley:

And yes I will say it again tread plate :puke:

Has Jason started building it yet?

I'm putting the order in for it within the next 2 weeks and hoping they can deliver it to the elllensburg werock event.

Sorry for the highjack

The buggy I DONT HAVE YET will be built out of titanium and the skins will be magnesium so when it hits the rocks sparks will fly.

These things happen as you very well know. :D

The rig looks great Robin, maybe with those tires you'll be able to catch me on the lakebed this time... :fawkdancesmiley:

So your saying that your toyota beat him on the lake bed at rim rock?

Basically yes. Oh the 41" iroks he didn't get enough traction to catch me unless he had it in 4x. I could run all over the lakebed in 4x, toss the rear case into 2x and spray him with mud then pull it back in and haul ass. :;

 I can't wait to see this!

OK so I don't have the chassis yet. But I do have the spider 9 housings 4 knuckles the unit barrings and the tr beadlocks. I was going to order the chassis months ago but thought it though and figured why have a chassis sitting around when I need a **** load of parts to put it to it.

By the time I get the chassis I will have the ls1, atlas case, air struts, radiator and a few other things. I know I dont have a buggy yet but I sure ass **** have the start of 1 :redneck:

So.....have you any idea the cost of anodized skins? That would good for a show rig, but draging thousands of $$ of skins over rocks would be plain stupid.

And the new tech on my buggy is a custom steering fluid resevior that is 4 cubic inches short of 1 gallon

Great, so what your are saying is that I need to bring more ps fluid with me.:fawkdancesmiley:

Wait a minute..... I seem to remember a certain someone showing up at Naches with a couple cans of gas, a bit of food and a buggy.... That certain someone rolled and flopped a couple times and had to borrow tools and fluids beings the didn't have ANYTHING with them at all... I wish I could remember what that guys name was.... :flipoff:

A gallon reservoir isn't too shabby, mine came off of a kenworth so it holds a bit more than that but it lacks the bling.... :haha:

You think my shiat was a tank last time... I've got enough spares to fix pretty much any jeep and/or buggy I find disabled out there... So keep your head up when ya have issues. I'll sell ya parts for at least 10% over MSRP... :flipoff:

Sorry to hijack Robin, but you know how that little leprechaun gets.. :haha:

OK this is the last time I'm going to reply to this tread because I don't want to hijack robins tread any longer.

Troy what I said was I have a start to my buggy. Not as good as done. Just a start.

The last time I had something anodized was about a year ago He charged me a $90 lot charge And he told me to bring In anything else I had that I might want done and it would be in the same lot. I don't know maybe It helps to have a connection. So thousand I think not. I don't know why you care any way I'm not working with your budget.

No effin way that will happen.

Ya think?

And as far as delivery! I'm hoping they can get it in the car hauler. I've talked to a couple people about it and they seemed to think they might be able to get it in the trailer. Now I know this might not happen but it won't hurt to ask.

We are all just messing with you, as we all have went through the process of building a buggy(or having it built) and know how tedious it is to get one done enough to go out on a madien run, just to have 10 things go wrong.

You just made yourself an easy target....no need to stop now.....the fun is begining.............
