broke the hub, which took out the bearings, which somehow made the outer pad **** out and lathed the whole outer half of my caliper off. I have a half of a caliper that's blown out now.

My buddies' rzr did the EXACT same thing, he started to notice the brakes were going away at HPO one day. We got back to the truck, pulled the right front wheel off, outside pad missing, and hub was broke right where the splines start.

rzrforums.net is about the best, that is until we get rid of the fiddy section and make it a rzr section :flipoff1:

Can you connect the wires or the pressure switch for cases like yours?

and the reason for it being on teh bale bed....the caliper blew its piston out, leaked all the fluid, and to start the brake has to be down building pressure. If your brake pressure switch isn't activated, you don't get to start the rzr. laughing1 Had to get her in the shop somehow

Yeah, but I wasn't going to crawl around in the snow finding the brake switch, I just backed the truck up, clamped the bale bed down on the cage, hit "up" and drove off. I love bale beds. Best 1 ton axle retriever ever. NO more back breaking, lower it, an end of chain on each side to the tube, lift and drive off, its already chained down :woody: laughing1

No I totally understand that. Just curious about if it could be done in case of future situations.
