dodge and chevy are AAM type people. more of the same junk ****ing front ends. My rear seems to be holding though

I agree, AAM has killed Dana/Spicer on these bids and weakened them subsuquently, **** Spicer filed a year or two ago didnt they ?

I dont see were GM is really in any type of financial position to buy another manufacture our that is in poor financial position, but then again buying low and weathering the storm has made alot of companies come out ahead so I guess we shall see.

GM wont build our dream rig though, I just dont see that happening they keep missing the trend it seems. Dodge nailed the new / retro styling thing and ran it along time, got it while it was hot and GM sat on that fuggin killer looking Camaro and never launched it. Now if they do it will be plauged with shitty sales since folks are spending money on "cool toys" now. We got Dem's in office that will mandate heavy goals on emmisions and mileage too.

Im a GM fan so Id love to see them do huge stuff, but Im also hardest on the ones I love most. laughing1

I guess it would be a bit easier to just replace the front and rear ends to the better ones if you had the cummins/allison combo....i could see a lot of people making this mod

Damn sure would make it easier to justify spending that money to have a BADASS rig that wouldnt eat up frontends and tires.
