Though y'all would like to see the difference a floor color makes. Just did 4000sq/ft of in Sherwin Williams Armor Seal over the black, it looked great but you couldn't work in there. If you dropped your keys you couldn't find them unless you were standing on top of them. New color is light grey.

We have a deadbeat lazy **** of a contractor working in the office area. He was supposed to be done a month go yes 4 weeks on the bathroom reconfigure and adding a shower. Hes a nosey and i have elected to move nothing until hes out. Ive wanted to toss him for 2 weeks but he has my freaking cabinets that hes supposed to be fixing. Its not a clean issue, but one I hope to fix shortly.

I am so fawking sick of taxes and money grubbin BS. We got a return this year, but I doubt next year. Get this, sold my cumcrusted bachelor pad and took a bath on it. Had I MADE money the gov would want a cut due to capital gains, but since I lost there is no hand holding program for me to do a capital loss. We need to look into it as the year passes, but I am kinda pissed.
