Boonie Buster Ver. 2.634

u mean besides having a higher operating angle, and stonger than d60 stuff?:;

:redneck: :haha:

I dont think i ever posted pics, but ya, the 1310 stuff wouldnt allow the angles i needed...

Just pulled the rear t-case, gonna put RVT on the rubber seals....it said inthe instructions on NWF's website to lightly grease the o-ring, but i think that's what is causing the leakage...:rolleyes:

I would look at the vent in the adaptor.....Mine pushes oil out of this and it runs down the 203 plate..I asked Kyle about it he said some do some do not push oil out....He suggested that I plug the vent hole in the colar and tap the 203 plate up by the hole for the old shifter rod the was cut and removed. I just keep adding to mine... it is a pain will change it shortly when I pull the drivetrain out to put in my new engine

hmmm.... thats good to know.... cus i think even after appyling a very generous film of RVT to both o-rings and putting it back together and driving it a short distance it looked like it might have leaked some more.

It's hard to tell because it puddles up in the area where the other two holes for the 205 to be rotated for positioning are.... i will drive it some more tomorrow and see if i can tell if the vent is the issue or something else....

Dude, so i took the rear case down, and sealed it up good.... but you would know this more than the others... There are three holes on the 205 adapter for the intermediate piece to bolt to... well it looks like it's leaking out the bottommost hole of that piece....:eeek: I am gonna invextigate a little further in a minute here, but thats what it looks like, I am gonna put a bolt with some RVT on it and see if that fixes it, but this is strange... I am not seeing anywhere else it is leaking from and the trail would be very obvious as i cleaned it all up yesterday.....:eeek: :eeek: :eeek: :eeek:

PM me BigIron, I want some feedback please:hi:

Here you can see the leak...or at least where it's coming from, this was after driving it around town for about 10 minutes at 25-35mph pretty constant with some stops....:booo:

In the pic it looks as tho you left out the little set screw plugs for sealing the holes that are not used

:haha: :haha: :haha: ya, just read your PM, i didnt know what they were for and nothing was mentioned in the instructions on NWF's website(that i read :rolleyes: , we all know my reading aprehension skills :redneck: ) So I never did anything with them but lose them!!!:mad: I might want to email them about mentioning that in the instructions... Cus that is a BIG thing to leave out....:corn:

my neighbor came over to check it out the other night and gave me a great idea to put a tube just underneath the fairlead, so i dont bash it up too much, coming up against things, and also to help keep the winch line away from getting tied up into anything...:awesomework:
