So I have to send it back to AA and wait another three weeks to get the right drop tcase. Its not that major of a thing like I said I have not had time to really work on it anyway. Finally the "RIGHT" tcase shows up :cheer: .

rear links, used the old links from my old set up on my truggy so I did not have to buy any new links or rear mounts. The Lowers are 2.25x.375" and the uppers are 2x.25". I have already tweaked one of the lowers just a lil bit :booo:

The upper link mounts are ballistak Fabs and the lower link mounts are from Ruff Stuff. I still have to add a gusset to the upper link mount. I also have to grind the lower link mounts to get htem to line up with the link better

Stan that looks great, with the first yakima deal out of the picture you have time to get that shiat done for the big one later in the year. :D

I'd recomend bracing the back of that atlas. A guy I wheeled with once upon a time had the 4 bolts come loose and when he put the rig into reverse from being parked the back of the case popped like a twig. We got to push/drag/winch him all the way out at Rimrock....

He said he'd busted 2 cases previous to that one, same type of deal. hearsay, maybe. But I don't think you want to build any more tranny's do you? I know I wouldnt. :redneck:

Hey Ryan, I will add a brace to the back of the atlas. I had one on the back of d300. It was the Rourke set up but This time I am going to build my own and use three of the bolts on the output mount. I def. Plan making Yakima this year, are they still having the one later thjs summer?

Upper link mounts welded in, I am going to cut the top off and welding a plate across to tie them together. I will not use that last hole anyway and it will help lower my floor in the cab.

Yup still doing the later yakima gig as far as I know, Ill talk to J-lo and find out the exacts on it.

Buggy looks sweet so far, good idea on the back brace, I'd hate to see you end a weekend with that stupid issue.

rear diff as high as it can go, I will have some bump stops in there later on when I get to finishing up the rear section.

Homebrew rear tcase mount, I do not want the whole weight of the tcase riding on the adapter mount :puke: . It will def. take a lot of strain off the front tcase mount. All the mounts from the motor back are poly mounts so they should live well together :redneck: .
