i really like the 321 buggy's in a way i wish i had one instead of my yj, cant wait to see more pics and also it finshed, i envy you :****:

I got all the interior removed and the Art Carr Shifter Installed. I started looking at the Atlas Shifters but don't believe I got all my linkage parts. I also believe I will have to have a double front drive shaft to clear the floor pans. I will know more about the driveshaft tomorrow. And will get some more pictures.

What the hell is the wheelbase on the freight train? :dunno: She looks long and strong and ready to get it on. Awesome rig Josh. :dblthumb: :dblthumb:

The wheel base is going to be 117" . I am waiting on some axle seals before I install them.

RCV Performance check out www.tnorvforum.comhttp://http:// . There is some videos there of Gus's Buggy front and rear RCV Axles.

So got home today and got my rear drive shaft finished and painted. I also decided to start tackling the rear high steer arms. I have the older Spidertrax knuckles that has to have arms welded on. However after talking to Jimmy he said that he didn't really care for the design of the new ones. I am using 1/2" steel plate. I will box it into the knuckle with 1/4" and then weld 1/4 over the 1/2" . This will give me a 3/4" thick high steer arm that is boxed into the knuckle. So it should hold up to all the rock bouncing.

Both sides are both welded in place. I got to get some more steel tomorrow to box it all in and finish it up.

Made 1 change to my design. I took and bent the arm in 1.5" so it would clear the tires on the outside of the arm. These turned out real nice.

High Steer Arms boxed into the knuckles 100%. Also 1/4" plate cut for added beef. I drilled a plug weld hole just for added security
