Reiter Pass's a SEPA (that means it's opening)

...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! :fawkdancesmiley::haha:

As with many of my quoted posts......I was talking to everyone reading, not just the quoted poster.

But to respond to your direct comment.......unlike a hiker, "we" have no where else to go, my friend.:hi:

I'm not trying to change anyone's opinion (you won't change mine). Rather, I'd like to see if anyone else agrees with my opinion.

Hikers will be on hiker trails. You won't see a mountain bike, motorized bike/quad, horse or 4x4 on it

Mountain bikers will be on mountain bike trails. You won't see a motorized bike/quad, horse or 4x4 on it. Why would you hike it?

Horse riders will be on horse trails. You won't see a mountain biker, motorized bike/quad or 4x4 on it. Why would you hike it?

Motorized bikes and quad riders will be on motorized bike/quad trails. You won't see a mountain biker, horse rider or 4x4 on it. Hike on it? Ya right!

Yet......we are breaking this idea on our 4x4 trails, just for the motorized bikes and quads. Why?

Where did you get this information?

It's not information, it's an idea.

We should all get our idea's out in the open, then we can make them "information".

OK I see. It's a great idea but having all of the trails limited to a single user group for each would make it so we have to build many more miles of trail to keep anyone happy. This means spending more money, more bridges, more parking areas and facilities, more resources needed of which we have little as it is. I don't have a problem with bikes, quads, hikers, etc on 4x4 trails as long as they follor the same rules as the rest of us...

Does separation really mean a dis-like / dis-trust of another? Not for me.

I'm a(n amateur) rock climber. I sure don't need them intruding on the 4x4 area's. They will have a better spot to enjoy their sport anyways. The Outlet Mall:awesomework:Index Wall Face:awesomework::awesomework:

I'm an avid hiker/explorer. We sure as **** don't want them around. They will have a better spot to enjoy their hobby too. Lake Isabel:awesomework:

Bikes/Quads...........the uppers area's.:awesomework:

Separation? Meh.......This is honesty.

I don't think those other user groups are as freaked out about reiter
or as involved as you guys are
so I say ****um thair trails are thair problem

I don't have a "problem" with them either.

We will have different area's though. We DO have different area's already. The DNR has made this crystal clear, on the Concept Maps.

Why do you not want hikers around? They have always hiked Issabelle... As far as the Index Wall is concerned for climbing...:booo:

I think it's a silly idea to have all these seperate trail systems, to be honest it's a waste of already constricted resources.

BTW. the dirtbikers will hate me, but i LOVE a good motorcycle trail on a bike! :kissmyass:

The DNR and focus groups involved with the trail designers, threw away your memo:;......cause the Concept Maps show there is and will be separation.

As a dirtbiker I have come across mtn bikers plenty of times on single track dirtbike trails at Tahuya. I really have never minded, they usually hear us coming and hop to the side of the trail. :awesomework:

I can see how two vehicles of common interest could co-exist.:awesomework:

If us 4x4 guys had the option to be allowed on quad trails.......would you (and other quad riders) fight that option?

Or lets put it like this.......if we allowed you to use our stuff, would you allow us to use yours?

Then, all of a sudden, we could ALL have our 1000 acres (or so).:;

Now you're being silly for the sake of doing so. It's physically impossible (not true) for a 4x4 to go on a motorcycle trail. That's the same as me merging onto I-5 on my road bikecycle..... It just isn't gonna happen. :D

Am I? No.

And you haven't offered a resolution or idea about the issue of separation (or lack of).

Are you really a part of the conversation? Your examples and metaphors give zero information. Do you have any information we can use?
