sorry guys i am not going to make this one i have been having alot of back and leg problems and next Friday i am getting a spine nerve block in my lower back and not aloud to do anything for two days and they are doing surgery on my left knee on April the 10 so i am out for a little bit

Any final plans or stuff we need to know. Anybody from the group going to be there on Friday to make sure they have it all laid out right? What time do we need to be at the park on Saturday morning ready to go?

We are coming down Friday night and staying in Oxford, anybody else in town Friday night? Want to meet up at the park or for dinner in town somewhere?

Im leaving Sat. morning at 5am.. will be pulling in the park around 6am. Stayin at the wingate inn or whatever Saturday night.

I'll be up Thursday mid-day to set up and whatnot. I'm all about dinner Friday night! And Saturday night, and Sunday night, and maybe breakfast at Crossroads Cafe every morning. ;D

Im really worried about parking, man that place is gonna be a MOB. I wonder if ( we ) the workers can park somewere else to easy up on spots ??? Ricky can you ask Randy about that. Ill put my p/ u were ever if it helps out.

Man it will be essential that we have some people clued into the plan there on Friday. RB is your pops going to be there on Friday? Randy is a laid back guy and usually doesn't care for details too much, but this will lead to a huge clusterfawk if we don't have one or more people there to implement the plan. We need someone that knows the plan, can direct it and will not put up with BS, to run it on Friday. Basically, we need a pissed off Rich Berry ;D We will have the manpower on Sat to handle the turnout, but as I mentioned before if they let it start as a clusterfawk on Friday, we might was well hang it up on Saturday.

I am down for Mellow Shroom on Sat night, maybe the Friday night crew can meet somethere on Friday night also.

Yeah, Dad said he'll be there Friday morning.

Even with "organized" parking I don't think it'll work out well. I have a feeling if we go by the current parking plan we'll be full up by Friday afternoon. :-\

No, there really isn't any space we aren't already using. The best place for workers might be between the main road and the first motorhome spots. Can't pull a trailer in there but a pickup could pull in easy. TK's trailer is already parked there and is the furthest out we could get it.
