The snawsage version---- something

Looks good Mike.

It looks like there is room to put the air bumps on the truss of the rear axle to the outside of the links. The pads would be lined up with the chassis where it's plated from the looks of it...

Are you refering to running an air bump upside down?

Since the clean-up I have had the wheeling bug bad. Been anxiously waiting for progress pics, so tonight I mounted up 49 inches of pure joy.

New tires and rebuilt straight rims:D

So I went and played with the rig and gave it a work out around the block a # of times..... Damn that thing is confusing to drive and just odd--not to mention the # of yards I almost drove into--due to that stupid joystick :haha: But damn does it turn sharp...

So--here is the one issue I am having that I thought I had licked--but after the pulley replacement started acting up...

So when at full lock/max pressure or demanding alot of pressure when on the pavement---get a belt chirp---nothing like it was before I redid the driver side pully setup...

I sat there and watched the pully's as max pressure was requested. I can't tell what pully is making the noise--but I can see the upper one slow down so I suspect its that one from which the chirping is coming from (and pretty sure it is)... On the pulleys the lower on has 3/4 belt coverage while the upper has only half..

So I pulled the upper pulley and looked and moving it up and to the passenger side a bit. At this point it gives some room for another pulley next to the existing one--to cause the belt to wrap around the upper pulley more....

Well, that explains the funny marks in the new driveway gravel :haha:

If there is an issue with driving through the brakes that wasn't there before survey says it is due to the master cylinder being over sized...

I'd have to think the factory mog calipers were rather sizeable compared to the yota ones... So they needed more "flow" to move the piston while the yota's are smaller so they need more pressure out of a smaller master..

That sucks....never did with 4.3 low with the Mog calipers. I hope it works fine with the 49's.

Thats what I get for using toyota parts:mad:

What ratio is in the t-case now?

The problem has nothing to do with the brakes...
