The snawsage version---- something

Wanna talk about tight--these damn seats are literally wedged into place. I was able to use the exhisting mounts but I had to shim the passenger seat 3/8" outboard and the drivers 1/4" outbaord.

Ok as I stated--I tried to make the air cleaner setup robin had before work and I just could not get it dropped down low enough and turned right. So I threw it aside and came up with this...

Oh and robin---don't look close at the welds--nowhere what corey is able to do by any means :booo:

And the air cleaner is where it is because robin wanted it safe from water (fast water hits). Its wedged into place pretty good--but it does miss the hood by about 1/4"

Looks great to me:awesomework: I bet I'm the only guy running a diamond plate air-cleaner.

Corey will be happy that I'm not going to bring him some ****ed up idea of an air-cleaner to weld up.

Just don't let corey look at it--or he's going to be on the ground rolling and laughing at my alum. welding.

I had a better idea--but required a roller to do it...

You can buy those air cleaner adapters at action auto parts....Only not as square.

Problem lies the base had to be flat to fit.....

It was easier to build something rather than spend a couple hours looking for something...

Ok---finally got the grab bar done--and as per your request robin--I used that clip pin thingy :redneck:

You just need to get some grips for it

Ok so when I set up the rear hydro/brake lines at the diff I set it up to clear on full stuff of the chassis. Well I didn't relize the chassis wouls swing out that far when twisted up---so it was going to nail the hydro stuff right on top of the truss. Well this was only possable with the rear sway bar not hooked up--but cleared with it. Well I could not leave that up to chance so I went and redid the whole works.

So you can see it all runs down the inside of the link bar..

So since I knew where the chassis might hit the truss when flexed up and since nothing was in that area anymore--it was a matter of double checking on full stuff.

So I cranked the rear winch to where the chassis was on the truss....all nice and clear..

So did another bleed on the brakes and now have a firmer pedal too :awesomework:

Good thing I had no shoulder belts or front driveshaft---I was going to and take it wheelin this afternoon :redneck:

I wil do my best to get the man to get the driveshaft done. some new tabs for the shoulder harness and we are ready to go. what day do you want to shoot for?

Not dogging on the setup because I know for a fact it works but my God, the welded heims for the rams get me every time.... :D Yea I know, function over form.

Looks good as always Crash, get it done so Robin can come put and play again! :cheer:

hey robin where did you buy your hydro ram? and what are the specs? 8in? 1.5in shaft? It doesnt look like any of the ones from kits. I have everything to do hydro but the ram.

I think Robin runs 12" rams on that thing.. It has LOT of movement to get 50* of steering. :cheer:
