The snawsage version---- something

Looks great:awesomework:

I'm down for a Sunday test run.

If you choose to use shop air for a locker test, 55-90 psi. for the lockers.

So same pressure as an ARB--perfect..

Unfortunately I am sucking as I really don't think the rig will be all done by sunday....

Still trying to find a cheap replacement for the temp guage...

I just realized that I'm going to have my dog with me that morning anyway, she's terrified of riding in anything over than the front seat of my truck, so that wouldn't be good. I might stop by and say hi in the morning though if anyone's out at the main lot.

Not a big deal if it's not ready. Just let me know when you know, so I can plan my day.

I may go for the really small ARB compressor someday, but the Co2 works
from weeks ago...but, why not run an engine driven ac pump? is it just, that there isnt enough room? or, another reason?
Also--in low range in first---its going to drive thru the brakes
i have this problem also. but ONLY when in 2wd. i have to hit neutral, to get the rear tires to stop spinning:mad:

im sure its been taken care of already. and i see that u bled it again, and it got better. they will also be alot better once theyre bedded in.

loving this build.
its really making me want to start working on my rig.... thanks alot!

So robin had mentioned about wanting to run an arb compressor (belt driven compressor is outa the question) and had said he would pick one up and at a later date I would install/wire it up. Well he had gotten one so I made the decision to just go ahead and get it done now. So he dropped it off.. One of those mini units that seem to be holding up extreemly well...

So I went and got the retainer tab made for the new front line setup. This will protect the harness from rubbing against the sharp edge of the skid plate and well also keep the lines from drooping down torwards the exhaust piping...

And I got to looking--and opted to go ahead and give the lines along the tranny/t-case some more protection with some metal heat wrap. I wanna give all the stuff down there the upmost chance to survive against the heat...

So the floor is now back in place....

Got the switch/fitting mounted on the new pump. I also lopped off the stock connecter and went with one of my sealed jobbies like I have in the past on this rig (and many others, lol)

And here is the only spot possable in the back of the rig to mount it. Its nicely protected from elements and large logs that robin seems to like to hump :flipoff:

Oh and robin--I left that air line long enough to still reach the tank if need be..

I also ordered a new temp guage today and will have that in my hands tommorow for when I get to dig back into the pod

I like the locaton....easy to swap to Co2 if needed.

Also if you turn off all the power in your garage and listen , you will hear the Sausage saying "I want to go wheeling sunday........I dont need that guage to go"

Tell ya what, I'll bring up the magazines, a gallon of eegnog and a 2 liter bottle of mountian dew, and $500 cash, if I can wheel sunday.

Yes to the first part--noo to the second part--when the rig leaves the next time to use--its going home :awesomework:

I WILL BRING IT HOME SUNDAY

I really want to get on the steering being dialed in and get my propane working better. I plan on leaving the 21st for the Hammers.

If a manual water temp guage is the only hold up, I think I can manage to install that without ****ing anything up.

Believe me--if there were more hours in my day I would make it happen. I can only work so many hours in a day and I refuse to rush a nything just so it can "be taken out"... The rig was brought to me for a reason--let me do what I do best  :awesomework:

And to add when it leaves my place----I NEED to know that its the best that it can be--I have a rep that I have worked hard to achieve and keep--I need the time to make that happen :awesomework:

Oh and to add--I aint pissed in any way...

I'm more interested in making steering arms shorter and tuning the engine before I go to the Hammers. I will go play on Rainier this weekend. The moment it is ready for me to pick-up, I'm there. I even have made garage room for it and have another regulator for more propane

I just finished putting my 49's on double beadlocks together.

It will be nice to have fresh rubber and straight stronger rims:awesomework:

Ok I have been trying my best to get this thing done for robins vacation/trip...........

So I am really glad I pre-wired the rig for extra circuits as I had wires pre-ran to the back of the rig so I didn't have to dissmantle alot of stuff for the arb pump...

So I got the pump all wired at the pump itself...
